For some background context I'm as pale as a vampire, I get teased for it by my friends. I've been wanting to tan since i'm tired of looking so PALE. So when my friends and i went to the beach I decide to try and tan. 45 minutes on both sides hopefully to try and sleep. When I tell you i felt like concrete slowly getting warmer and warmer, which yes is normal but I feel like I have to be basted with water every once in a while. I SAT THERE AND GUESS WHAT. No tan.
I DIDN'T EVEN BURN IM THE SAME COLOUR. I'm currently debating on wether i should just get a spray tan but I don't wanna be THAT tan I just wanna have some colour yk? Well today i'm traveling to a different country where hopefully i'll tan more. SERIOUSLY THO someone teach me how to get a normal like not crazy orange tan, preferably without them big funky machines i'm claustrophobic. ![]()

Yesyes what the person above me said! Being outside for like 3 hours every day will give you a tan. But also, you should start looking at what the UV index is that day!! Higher UV = higher chance of a tan ^^

I mean be sun safe and all but the way I unintentionally tanned my arms was by just being in the sun all spring/summer so perhaps consistency rather than a day here and there would work better?
