I would say the best way to do it is to remind yourself that nothing lasts anyways. if you say a joke and it doesn't land its okay because no one will remember it!!! what they WILL remember is that an amazing person approached them for a convo <3333

I’m extremely socially awkward and my communication skills are non existent (in real life). But I once got this tip that you should just treat every conversation as if the person is a npc in a game lol

Hi! I am not really good with giving advice on this, as I am still learning to socialize more as well. 

I'd recommend checking out Solace[Speaks] on YouTube, as they have a BUNCH of videos talking about socialization and growing up.

Hii!! I totally get where ur coming from, i use to be madddd like insecure and anxious and borderline paranoid when meeting new people but honestly girl ur best shot (which i found works for me) is just reminding urself that youre careless about what people think about you and that you like yourself so why wouldnt other people.

Ik it sounds rather narcissistic and delusional but it truly does help you bring out ur true self right off the bat yk, got to #keep it real
