okay so not EXACLTY BUT WHAT THE FUCK
im writing this while still experiencing it but I’m having really bad period cramps rn. It hurts my ASS. okay. I go to the bathroom because idk if it’s constipation because I also experience that every month or two. This is my first period Ive had in a little while due to taking birth control aside from small sheddings of poopy looking blood every little while.
I go to the BATHROOM. and my legs are tingling kinda how my legs hurt sometimes but specifically in my hips / ass and there’s a HUGE blood clot coming out of me. I don’t care if it’s tmi. It took like 20 seconds to get out of me and I look down and there is a blood clot bigger than a fucking reece’s pieces peanut cup in the fucking toilet. Circular and a little smaller than my PALM. I COULD HOLD IT IN MY PALM IT WAS THE SIZE OF LILE… A HAMSTER. and quite flat. I was so perplexed by this that I stared at it and it had like .. weird little bits to it? I have no fucking idea what just happened to me. Was it a stillbirth? I don’t have sex so am I being diddled and I just don’t remember it? Did a whole piece of my uterus just fall out? Is it a normal blood clot? It was the biggest blood clot I’ve ever seen on god what the fuck was that…
hoping it’s normal because good lord I could have named that thing and kept it as a fucking pet with how big it was I literally just birthed a blood clot

This appears to be a decidual cast. It happens when the uterus lining decides to shed all at once.
lovely. does that mean my period will be all gone now or do I still have to bleed

umm it sounds like couldve been a decidual cast!! im not a doctor tho so dont take my word for it
another person has said this so I think I’ll go to the doctor about it if I must … I’ve named it ‘little Timmy’ and it’s my child now and tucked into bed (sewage system)
