i think my sister is crazy

I love my sister with all my heart, don't get me wrong. But her mental health is declining and it's affecting me now- behavior-wise. I was eating chicken nuggets in the car and bent down to get a packet of ketchup when i felt a tight squeeze at my neck.

lwk funny tho bc once she released i made these funny gurgling sounds which set up a war in the car. Well, more like one sided war- she was trying to choke me and I was trying to defend myself. At some point she was able to get my neck with both her hands and just held me there and squeezed. genuinely the fuck

funny tho bc i threw a ketchup packet at her and it landed straight into her mouth. we started rambling about how i did a trickshot till she started attacking me again lol

so yeah my neck is really sore and i cant really speak well but these chicken nuggets r fire along with de barbacue sauce

also it kinda hurt a lot bc i have sleep apnea, making my air passway in my throat deathly small, and when she chocked me with her hand (she only did one for the first time bc she was testing is out i think) i was eating a piece of the nugget, so i couldn't really breathe heh

but yeah, love her. i hope she gets better and stops trying to choke me because this is the 5th time she's had a session where she's just trying to suffocate me- half of them are at night bc we're staying in the same room and bed for this vaca
