would it be bad for me to get engaged around 18ish but not get married for a few years?? I know the ring is bought & the proposal is planned. Im like overly happy i don't WANT to say know but like is it wronggggg ?? also dk abt most of families opinions

18 is the legal age of consent in a great majority of countries, so I guess it ain't wrong
it's a bit off imo because by 18 you would just start being an adult and think about your future (kinda ironic coming from me, who idfk what to do with it and I turn 20 soon), such as your job, what university to attend, then plan your marriage and get engaged when you're somewhat ok in your life
but I don't think it can affect your future and be a happy event
but no, it ain't gonna be bad, but ur future husband finna get accepted to you going to university (if you plan to)
