mirror pronouns question !!

i recently learned about mirror pronouns, and have a question, if there are any friendrewind users who use mirror pronouns!

what are mirror pronouns? a persons pronoun reflects yours-- if you go by she/her, they will go by she/her. if you go by it/them, they will do the same. this also goes for neopronouns, i believe. correct me if i'm wrong.

but my question is:

how would a person with mirror pronoun refer to themselves and the other person if the other person also uses mirror pronouns?

yes, quite unlikely situation, but still. will you refer to yourself and the other person as your biological gender-decided pronouns based on your anatomy or.. i don't know. or perhaps you don't use pronouns at all? i don't know, and don't want to make any false statements speaking for people who do use mirror pronouns since i don't.
