The Tiny Joy Archives #4

Today I woke up with a light, sound and smell sensitivity, nausea, pain and with the cherry on top my aura as big as can be green and purple spinning directly in the center of my vision. Oh baby, it's a kaleidoscope. Instead of feeling sad, or upset with how my body is reacting to waking up to Tuesday. I decided to start taking mental notes for the archives. I refuse to lose my joy or my whimsy to my disease.

🍡I got three new Calico Critters this weekend and they look so cute sitting on my plant propagation station. 

🍡I cant wait to start my passion project with my Calico Critters. Fujifilm and cute dates with my bae.

🍡When I finally muster up the energy to exit our bedroom this morning our kitten Cooper came running and meowing to great me. This makes me feel very special. 

🍡 I really can't wait to get off work, go home and get into my cozy clothes and get into our nest and get my cuddle time in with my boyfriend. This is more than a tiny joy, this is love.

🍡This makes it to every list but with good reason. My iced soy strawberry matcha latte turned out perfectly this morning. It had the perfect three layers. Picture perfect!! I make my own fruit syrups every weekend, so I take a lot of pride in my matcha creations.

🍡Our Uniqlo order came yesterday and I got to wear my new shirt today! It has a cute little hand drawn cat and it says "save humans, save cats".

🍡King of the Hill's reboot got a season 2 and I already finished it. I will probably watch it all again tonight. This show is and has always been such a comfort for me. (YOU LIVE WITH BILL..lol)

🍡My mother in law dropped off homemade donuts on the weekend and they make the best work snacks. The literal definition of made with love. I took 2 with me today.

🍡I am listening to this very good book with short stories called People Who Talk to Stuffed Animals Are Nice by Ao Omae. We randomly saw it at the store this weekend and I decided against buying it and putting it on hold at the library. It became available today, and the stories have such a nice tone to them. Please take a moment to look at how cute and small this novel is. You might also find a tiny joy for your archives.

🍡My drive to work was abnormally calm this morning, idk where all the other cars going down Park were today but it was a nice change of pace.

🍡 The sky today looks very beautiful. She is big, she is blue and boy does she have some big fluffy white clouds that could be mistaken for cute teddy bears or something like that.

🍡 My Ubrelvy actually took the head pain down to a 3 without the help of a triptan today. That more than a tiny joy that's a whole ass miracle. 

🍡Being on Friend Rewind has become such a joy for me. I love connecting with the community in the forums and my friends on their blogs, bulletins or on their pages ☺
