I have constipation and i at school im so scared. what do I do

i had constipation for 3 weeks once. go home or perish. you need to get rid of it NOW.

i would buy apple juice, or eat anything high in fibre.. like buy anything high in fibre. Fibre helps with constipation

ask ur teachers in private if u can go home due to medical reasons
