I'm feeling extremely fucking down. I literally wanted to walk in front of a car in the walmart parking lot, i want to hurt myself really fucking bad, so bad i sat in a walmart stall crying and scratching at my face because the urge is so bad. I take antidepressants but idk if they're working anymore, i just feel so empty, as if i'm not even in my own body. everything is too fucking quiet and its driving me the hell insane.
