yay!! no more therapy!

I've FINALLY convinced my mom to let me quit therapy! I know therapy is a good tool and resource many people go to to seek help and get reassurance, but therapy has never been my thing.

While it was my idea since lots of my friends and family do therapy, after around 2 months of doing it consistently, it feels unnatural. I feel like blogging, writing, and talking to a school counselor or my friends is more of my thing.

"But what's the difference between a school counselor and a therapist?"

 It might just be my school, but I think there's a difference.

I feel like with therapy, it's more of a task on a checklist waiting to be done, rather than someone I can actually go to WHEN I want to and during the harder times in my days- school. Now I love school, but it can get sooo tiring, and I'm glad it's over.

"But can't you just do therapy more often in a week then? Like 4 times a week or even every day?"

1. The therapist doesn't got enough time for that shit because they have a life too

2. I HAVE A LIFE AND DON'T GOT ENOUGH TIME FOR ALL THAT SHIT EITHER
