People defending Socialism/Communism.
For all the times it's been tried, it fails horribly and if it was so good, why do people keep fleeing from it? Norway is not a socialist economy they have a few socialist policies.
There is nothing wrong with a couple of policies that help the common man, but most socialists/communists get rich off the backs of their workers, at least capitalist societies pay those who work, sometimes not well enough, other times well enough.
Welfare is a socialist policy designed to help people who cannot work due to being disabled as an example.
A lot of things that socialism claims to produce are not socialist in practice, they are cornerstone to a successful government. For instance; some will say Military and/or Police forces are socialist in practice due to being maintained by the state, that is simply NOT true, now firefighting is a socialist practice when it's paid for by the state.
There are more nuances and such to go over, but in general, socialism/communism in a large scale simply does not work until we have access to machines that can do everything for us.

Socialism has not always failed and has helped lift millions out of poverty, most of the times it has failed was due to external pressures from capitalist countries bombing them, which usually doesn't make people want to stay there, especially if your rich. Also youre literally just describing capitalism when you say people are getting rich off the backs of workers. Under capitalism owners extract surplus value from workers to be able to get rich I mean that's why some people who work are not paid well enough like you said.
