What are some of your favourite cookies and/or biscuit recipes? I have been wanting to get into baking and biscuits are the way I want to start!

I cannot recall the recipe but I made these delicious cinnamon & nutmeg biscuits last year and I miss them! The shape was... not appealing but I loved them. My favourite thing to do is jam drop cookies though, sooo good! I want to look at other recipes for those as I follow the one my mother found & perhaps there is a better recipe out there!

Let cool, and then flatten them with a fork if they need it! :3聽

@salix聽I am not a big lemon fan but I am always looking for something that is the exception so I will try these out for sure! Thank you for sharing your recipe :p

I have a Betty Crocker tabletop pizza maker,

you can make great cookies with it.

@Felted Tapehead聽sounds interesting! It never occurred to me that a pizza maker can also double as a cookie maker haha

I enjoy it a lot because the oven don't need usage in the Summer, the pizza maker pretty much contains it's own heat.

Stupidly EASY peanut butter cookies

Makes about 2-1/2 dozen

Ingredients:

1 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of sugar

1 large egg

That's it.

Beat ingredients together聽

Roll into one-inch balls

Place on a greased cookie sheet

Flatten them just a bit (I just press 'em down a bit with a shot glass)

Pattern the tops with a fork or something

Bake in preheated oven at 350掳F for about 8 minutes.聽

Remember, there is no flour, or yeast or anything in these, so they're not going to rise or expand much at all during baking.

WYSIWYG

@Cranky Old Witch聽sounds yummy!!!
