what are your weird/unusual interests?

this might not be to weird but theres this police bodycam channel that i really enjoy watching.

i find it very interesting watching how the police communicate with each other and how they operate.

Lost media, doing tarot, and watching tornado videos.

I am very interested in graveyards. I love learning about the people that are buried, when they were alive and when they died and HOW they died, if its possible. I also have this weird interest in diseases and old medical methods!! I also have big interest in meteorology !!!  I am the weather person in the family.

not super weird but i like taxidermy n pinning bugs.... i saw 1 of those bug lollipops at the mall yesterday and i was so tempted to buy it

I don’t know if this counts but tape and flashlights, yes it sounds insanely creepy but I love both. I used to own 5 different flashlights of different colors and I always have a roll of tape in my bedroom. Currently it’s electrical tape.

I'm really interested in psychoacoustics or how people perceive sound (e.g., the psychological effects that can be sustained from listening to certain frequencies in tandem)

In music/noise, product design, really unfortunate torture applications, you name it — it's something I strive to work into my own output in the future for good and bad vibes alike

I'm super obsessed and interested in animatronics like the Chucky Cheese ones and their backstories/history. For some reason I'm also really into learning about submechanophobia and looking at the animatronics that cause it.  But my biggest odd obsession is probably oddities/events that happened on the early Internet.

Sometimes I will research about random science topics, my favourite is learning about mold.

i've had this interest in bones, human and other, since i was thirteen- i keep a notebook with any and all information i find interesting on the topic

I like to learn about cults and other crimes. also marketing campaigns!! like. coke made this thing called OK Soda. it was an awful soda that was an attempt to use the most known word (Okay) and associate it with them. It only existed for, like, 2 years. the mascot was modeled after charles manson ToT

i love the macabre so much, i love learning about weird things and figuring out how it all works and the psychology of certain things. i love learning about graveyard symbolism, like the meanings behind what's put on tombstones. like how a rosebud might mean that they were taken too soon but a fully bloomed rose might mean they lived a fully blossomed life. things like that.

i also am very crow brained, i collect a lot of needless trinkets. i have a whole little box of bottle caps. i collect keys that no longer have a use. recently i've been wanting to find tiny little bells?? got plenty of rocks. been putting 10mm sockets on necklaces. 

i also have a small collection of masks and i'm always trying to find inspiration for more !!
