I love listening to all genres of music and I am always on the hunt for new bands and songs. I'd say my taste is pretty mainstream when it comes to each genre but a band I know that never gets talked about is Schlong. Lowkey they're kinda ass but like in a good way yk?

@secretvelvet Yes I agree! There's just something so hauntingly beautiful in the overall composition of every song. This album really should be talked about more.

The band Brixtn! (sic) They are only active in Czech Republic but 1) they have the best concerts there, compared to other bands I've seen there! 2) They have interesting merchandise and 3) aren't building a hierarchy with the fans
1) They do a big variety of genres, mostly just edm, pop and campfire songs. But they have a lot of performance quirks. For EDM, their lead singer is singing while tapping the funny little edm tile thing i forgor what's it called but ykwim. For pop he is just singing, but often while playing another instrument. When he doesn't have an instrument he leaps over the barriers into the crowd. For both of those his brother is backing up with various instruments, but for the campfire genre part, they both sit down closest near the stage's legde as possible, one with an acoustic guitar and they instruct the crowd to sit down as well, I never saw that before.
2) They are the first band to sell power banks and their EP is under 4€, so it's a good way to affordably support the band! Or you can also get pins with their nice logo
3) My first impression of seeing them onstage was like "wow, they look homeless I love it". Their clothes look like they are made from excess scrap but also ultra cool! Almost anyone could afford to do that and same goes for buying their EP. Anyone can see them in person because they hang around the merch store after shows and the lead singer goes in the crowd. When the band and the crowd sits together it feels like a little campfire jam, when everyone is just equal and there to enjoy music. And the band doesn't have a luxury van, no. I saw their lead singer go on a bus stop the day after the show, probably from a camp, just like most other people. I think that this equality is something truly beautiful, which however bigger bands probably can't afford to do.

One of my favorite hobbies is going to cd shops ans picking cheap cds from artists I've never heard of before. The best one I had found so far was the album Love is a Dog From Hell by Maggie Estep. It's disgusting in a beautiful way. Some highlights are definitely Stalk Me and (Writer Guy) I want Mangos.
Something lighter music [as well as just more popular] is a goth band called O. Children. They're one of my favorite goth bands. I'd recommend Ezekiel's Son and Oceanside for some of my favorite songs ꒰ა( . ̮.)
