Are there any good mobile games?

Man... I've been looking for some actually good mobile games for a while now, but it feels like every game that's even remotely fun is either a PC game emulator or paid.

I'm not really interested in risking getting a virus, so can anyone recommend some good mobile games to play? Preferably free ones?

Personal favorites were the PvZ games but EA fucked them to high hell

I think now the only thing I still have installed is 40k tacticus, It falls into many mobile game-isms but if you can handle the grind there's a really good tactical strategy game underneath the hood.

Another one I like is Pokemon Go because after the Pandemic it's a lot less walking dependent. But it's definitely not one you play for longer than 20-30 minutes every couple of hours

The only mobile game i play that aren't old gen consoles emulators is PVZ Fusion! Dude it's soooo good you HAVE to try it

Call of Duty Mobile, its free :3 but it takes up quite a lot of storage :c

If you want some good mobile games that have stories to them rather than just being timekillers, I recommend:

— Duskwood (mostly free, ~$6 usd for HIGHLY RECOMMENDED upgrade)

— Parasite Days (100% free)

— Lapse: A Forgotten Future (100% free)

These games have claimed my heart and soul. I have tattoos from both Duskwood and Parasite Days! While Duskwood has a bit of an upgrade price on it, everything else is entirely optional. These games also don't force ads, and instead ask for your permission to show an ad if you want. Absolute gems, these games.

I don't know if Rust Bucket is still around. Fun puzzle game I played a long time ago. 

I will also say Nikke but that's gacha and your definition of good may not apply to this LOL but genuinely the story and writing are really good gooner stuff aside

Idk if you ever played Poptropica but they offer that on mobile, I also like House Flipper too xD

if you're good with gacha games then heres a list of the ones i like/have played:

any mihoyo game is pretty fun despite what people try and say about it, im more a fan of honkai impact and genshin impact but the newer ones are also pretty good

bang dream/d4dj are both rhythm games with slightly similar mechanics, both very fun but d4dj is a bit harder. Theres also project sekai which is like a vocaloid version rhythm game.

if youre looking for a simpler game, sky: cotl is really laid back and fun to play, especially if youre looking for friends (not a gacha)

oh and mahjong soul if you wanna like rip out your hair/learn how to play mahjong

theres a ton more that are pretty fun, but those are the most popular that still have some proper gameplay to them besides just story

robot unicorn attack 2 is pretty good, and so is the first game. i recommend hopping upto down load it

Sooooo many! You could try Balatro, Brawl Stars, Nubby's number factory, Terraria, Bloons TD6, Dead Cells, Slay the Spire, Cloverpit, ect.

Wizardry Daphne is pretty damn good, it's a somewhat difficult dungeon crawler. Got some gachaslop stuff in it but not that bad.

Also Mystic Messenger is an absolutely fantastic game, would recommend to anyone who likes a good story
