I don't mean 'sad day' type of hard times, I mean 'not sure how I'm going to make it through this' hard times.
What albums got you through another day?
Maybe you had it on a bit of a loop for days and weeks while trying to get through the bad times?

Erykah Badu's music has helped me through a lot, especially when I was growing up
Another Light by Red Vox. I was so lucky to see them tour for the first time and it was like a religious experience. I can safety say that band is my top comfort band. If you want specific songs it’s Pale Blue Dot, Tell me or Elessar

honestly, I physically can't listen to music when I'm doing that poorly. I have even given that as a hint to my friends and family, if I'm unable to listen to music, I am doing VERY bad. very very bad. When my brother passed away, I could only listen to the Rush counterparts album, everything else made me sick.
