whatever the 'early internet days' mean to you, what is something you found / discovered that shaped you into who you are today? for example, creepypasta and the creepypasta community was a big part of my childhood and definitely helped develop the person i am today!

Whatever ungodly mix of Homestar Runner and Joe Cartoon my browsing history was, it was that; the first one especially shaped my interests and sense of humor, but the second along with older Newgrounds "comedy" animations from like 2003 account for the bloodier parts of what make me chortle

Bolt.com (those who know...), rotten, Audiogalaxy, MSN chatrooms, Deadjournal, multitudes of now dead forums on a bunch of topics (mainly metal). I don't know if they shaped me, but they were all huge impacts on my "early internet" experience.

Definetly stuff like Channel Frederator,Watchmojo,Blameitonjorge,LsupersonicQ,Smosh,Eddsworld and Asdfmovie for sparking my intrest in cartoons,animations,video games,lost media and other random pop culture stuff. Websites like deviantart And Dragoart got me into drawing too. And flash games as well. Specifacly the ones from cartoon network and nickelodeon's websites. But also games from Nitrome and Flipline studios as well. Thats all i could remember now.
