Most people I think know Dokken, absolutely great band but the guitarist's Lynch Mob definitely has lots of fire stuff aswell. George Lynch is just awesome!

kalafina is a hidden gem which briefly graces the public eye and then disappears again. i love all of their albums and instrumentals so-so much... pure artistry. it's a shame they tend to be forgotten\left behind when people speak about japanese music.

also, fun fact: the guy behind him (rion vernon) actually worked with micheal jackson at one point!(I believe iirc it was for the video "ghosts"? either way I think thats sick) and he's also responsible for some of the character designs in avatar! (the blue people movie not the other, bendier one)

when faced with this question i will always say tokenainamae. maybe i'm a little too biased due to the sentimental bond i hold with this band and its sound but i feel like i won't get to listen to this anywhere else ykwim. there's also my dead girlfriend as well. both are so good.
