I am 20, like fr now not lying, but I hate it, it feels like a high number to me and I don't feel 20 at all. When I meet random people at the skatepark or conventions and they look younger than me i just lie and say I'm 17/18. Am I a creep? Probably. At least I can say I look younger actually, but the number I hate it so much. I want to live like a 17yo for another 10 years, I never wanna stop this feeling. It's not about looks, I don't care about it, it’s about what I can do and who I can be… grown people are so boring to me, like 30yo office worker? Fuck him man. I would literally kill myself in that situation, I don’t want people to picture me as an old unc who does stuff meant for kids. I want to fuck around forever… I'll probably keep lying about my age as long as my look makes it possible. Is it wrong? What should i do

Maybe creepy but I totally get it. People assuming I'm younger than I actual am when we're speaking about stuff I like feels like a punch in the guts, cause then it's so embarrassing to tell them "hehe, no, I'm not 16/17/18 I'm actually 22" like... UGHHH makes me feel so fucking dumb.
I believe this is a societal problem. Older people wants us to feel like once you're 18 you have to be this serious responsible person that can't enjoy ANYTHING at all. I think that the only thing we can do is embrace our age and the stuff we like.
Be ourselves. So what if we're older than the average fan of XYZ thing?? doesn't matter at all. If people want to see you in a certain way there's nothing you can do to change their minds, so; why should we even care?? fuck those people who believe we're too old to be enjoying certain stuff. Let's live life freely, withouth being too hard on ourselves
Yeah… you are right it would just be cool if everyone in my age group would like decide to keep being cool and interesting and doing fun teen-like activities for another ten years so that we would look normal at least, i have a friend who works in a bank man in a fucking bank…
