You should be able to go to your home page on FR on the top right corner (if you're on pc, I feel like it should be the same for mobile but I can't say for sure since I mainly use it on the pc) and hit "customize" to change the colors and background, then if you want to change the arrangement of the blocks individually you hit the "arrange" button. I do recommend putting the background photo already in your gallery and copied so it's a bit easier. Hope this helps! :)
