I used to be an ASMR person. Then I'd watch league of legends games. Then I watched Binding of Isaac gameplay, now I watch Northernlion! I go back to ASMR if I'm having a particularly hard night, but I find the banter from games quiets my thoughts in way idle sounds don't

A Pitch black room, no light at all
I used to watch NL's isaac vids to fall asleep to! Sometimes I fall asleep to Vicfis' isaac streams but recently it's either Danny Gonzalez videos or WrestleMe videos. I also always have my fan on lol.
@machohartmadness isaac vids are top tier to sleep to! i imagine it helps i have no idea what's happening so i dont think of strategies!
