I really can't choose, but my fav is a toss-up between mix-fruit shortcake and baked cheesecake

My favorite is my mom's Ube cake. She uses condensed milk in the icing and it makes it really sticky. I don't think it's correct since I've never seen an icing sticky like that but I don't care I like it like that. I wish I could expand my cake experience lol because cakes I've tried that aren't my mom's, taste fine/okay. I feel like I would love a cheesecake but I don't remember having one 😿
