@Cranky Old Witch I do feel like Roy Batty from blade runner when talking abt his, they have so much freedom to roleplay and create one charachter that is in the whole adventure (hopefully) and do not apreciate it u,n,u

Think they ever investigate fuck all anything?
No, they want to be spoon-fed an adventure. And these are old grognards! Some go back to the 1e days with me. They should know better, dang it! 😆

@BULLET Its easier to understand while you're making your character imo, that's how i could finally understand it

I didn't realize this was about DND so ignore my deleted comment.
But I wish we would have continued this one campaign but everyone got too busy! We only did a couple of sessions. I can't remember what species my character was but he was a mimic half crow half human hybrid, and he was a druid. The DM and I were trying to figure out a way for him to be a necromancer later on in the campaign.
BUT ANYWAYS the crow boy was named trinket, because his mother said she could bring his father back with shiny trinkets. As he was a mimic he'd always end his sentence with shiny, because that's what he heard so much as a child. I kept rolling a NAT1 in our campaign for some odd reason, so the lore is he just has REALLY bad luck. He has been known to set inns on fire. In fhe campaign his bfflf was a paladin who would always heal him because of the bad luck.

his name was Baraz, a fugitive bandit on the run. very agile, great aptitude for setting traps and weapon handling, but hes a bit too blunt and stupid and has absolutely zero charisma. he loves alcohol, camaraderie, purpose, and freedom
About his lore... in short he was a part of a bandit revolutionary army, they were all captured just before carrying out their biggest raid against a sultanate. Baraz managed to escape before being executed and since then, he has dedicated himself to finding his leader. i intended him for medieval/fantasy roleplays in general, a character who lives in or comes from the desert.
