Been getting into physical media for songs, games (PS3 and XBOX one) and movies mainly cause streaming services and most online game platforms SUCK now!
Anyone else have one? (Might be the dumbest question to ask this site but I will anyways)

yes! i have vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, old XBOX games (that are still in the case), and prefer magazines and newspapers. i set a goal this year to have way more physical media to hold onto.

@Void I'd love to get cassett tapes! that's one of the only things I have yet to start collecting bc I dont have a player yet sighhhh

For sure! I collect physical copies of video games, CDs, and DVDs. Stoked artists are starting to put out actual albums again. Hope that sticks around this time.
@Draugrfeet Yeah I certainly hope more artists release CDs for their music instead of just online versions. As much as spotify is conveniant I really like having my music as something I can hold
Absolutely! I'm super into archiving work so I think its sups important!! You never know what could happen to your streamed-only content!

I have a bucnh of xbox games, And i would have more if i had the money, I'm also starting to collect consoles but fucking hell thats expensive, everything is tho
@Xxx_Dal1TheF0x_xxX True, consoles are pretty expensive nowadays but yeah xbox games are pretty cool but it's a shame most physical ones nowadays are just installers
Yeah! I collect CDs and vinyl records and I also have a lot of cassette tapes my parents gave me. I love the cassettes soo much, most of them are mixtapes my parents made when they were my age and I learn more about them and their music tastes whenever I listen to them
I also have a few DVDs and, if that counts, a mountain of crossword puzzle books that I always do when I'm bored lol

So far I have been getting a bunch of 360 and Original Xbox games that I remember playing when my father wasn’t home as a kid. Also some movies and a small assortment of Wii GameCube and PS3 games. I’ve always perfected buying real physical items since I was a kid, it’s why I’ve always like transformers so much, it just ended up translating into what it has become now that I’m older
i do! i like to collect video games (wii, ps3, ps4, some ps2 but i need a new memory card first), cds, n dvds. especially when it comes to old k-pop n j-pop, since that stuff can be super hard to find on the web sometimes. i just wanna watch or listen to it without ads x|

Yes! I love physical media. We have sooo many DVDs for movies and TV shows. I've started collecting CDs again too. I bought a lot of them when I was a teenager, but mostly stopped when streaming became more of a thing when I was in university (I didn't get rid of my CDs though). Now I'm back to collecting them again and it's so fun. 😁
