i don't have high hopes for myspace's revival. i'll be surprised if it actually turns out well, but for now i'm skeptical.

im not sure. i'll probably check myspace out but i dont want to be on a millennial dominated site, just based off my age. i'll probably stay on here unless my friends move over onto myspace. but i have to be honest i don't think myspace will ever come back and be as big as it was mid/late-2000s

Like others have stated, it all depends on how the new iteration of MySpace is implemented.
While the optimistic side of me wants it to succeed, the pessimistic side of me believes that the way the vast majority of people engage with content online has changed far too much fundamentally compared to 20 years ago.
Therefore, in order for it to succeed and retain users long-term, it may have to include features that ruin the experience from a nostalgia standpoint, such as short-form content and non-chronological newsfeeds.
I could be wrong though and sure as hell hope I am.

It really depends on how many millennials are on MySpace, if they try to "modernize" the site, and so on.
If I decide to use MySpace, then I'll def use both at the same time!
I just made an account on here and spacehey, so no rush, but i would like to see it happen, as i imagine more people i know irl would be on there. Loving it here and on spacehey tho
