Mine is ‘The Myth of Sisyphus’ by Albert Camus and my favourite manga series is Jojo’s bizarre adventure!

Mark Z Danielewski's new book: Tom's Crossing
its a beefy book but suchhhh a treat to read. Its a neo western so they setting is kinda something to get used to but i love it. expect to cry by the end, and the start, and the middle.

It's Walking Disaster by Deryck Whibley himself from Sum 41 pretty happy with it and I finished it but I'm reading over again

Trinity by Leon Uris. When I'm feeling too happy about things, I read that and it cures it 😅
Or Hunchback of Notre Dame. NO film version has even come remotely CLOSE to the levels of misery!
OOOOOoooo I do have Trinity on my to read list! I'm very interested in Irish nationalism and heard that Leon's books have those topics within his books if I'm correct.
and yes Hunchback of Notre Dame is definitely way better than the films!!!
Oh you'll LOVE Trinity then! Real page turner. Set between 1885-1915 with flashbacks to the famine and such.

Pretty much any book by Lois Duncan & Ellen Hopkins. My favorite of Lois’ is Don’t Look Behind You.
I've never heard of her but I just looked at her books and omg! i got to read them, I love horror and thriller over all so I think you are so valid for that :)

If you like a thick book, I can't recommend The Stormlight Archives series by Brandon Sanderson enough. They're wonderful 3rd world fantasy novels with rich characters and a hard magic system.
My friend actually just started this series this week! im def sold with the magic systems!!!
Reading this series with a friend is gratifying! There's a lot to speculate about and between books you can share memes from r/cremposting
