i have a love-hate relationship with this game ... i started playing during the pandemic in 2021 during the first windblume festival ig and the stories and plot is actually so nice, i liked it but ofc there were a lot of plot holes in other story quests... the pity system is so tiresome and this game is sooooo stingy with rewards (however during the natlan updates, they've become more generous. by a smidge.) and i love the game's character designs bc they're all so distinct but a few rub me the wrong way...

anyways what do u guys think abt the game ... glaze it or shit on it if u want i will probably agree with u (ToT) and everybody who's on the asia server and wants to coop tgt u can ask me for my uid !!

Replying to @rhi☆ (post is on page 2): “i used to be a casual genshin player when it was still new but uninstalled it in like 2021 and never went back lol. i've kinda been tempted to try it out at ...”

@rhi☆ the game is better with friends tbh i wouldn't be here if they all stopped playing TT

Replying to @moca (post is on page 2): “@koeftespiess06 i've never really played botb so genshin was def my first open world rpg experience TT however i get hating the gacha concept as well, but wi...”

@moca It definitely is NOT  worth it, so I'm happy I'm not as obsessed as my friends... I have a friend that spend (in total) almost 10,000 euros in this game over the past 2,5 years... and my other friend spent 200-500 euros monthly, even has a budget for Genshin 😭 It's truly insane, I think the only game I ever spent money in like that was roblox and maybeeee project sekai

@koeftespiess06 10K EUROS IS CRAZY ????? i rlly could not give any of my fav games my budget in this economy but 10k is soooo HUGE

also is buying stuff for pjsk worth it lol i hate their gacha system as well and have contemplated just buying stuff TT

@moca Yess, I honestly have no idea where they get the money from, cuz they're not rich or anything 😭 Or maybe I'm just really broke lmao :,D

On pjsk tho, I honestly didn't know you could just straight up buy stuff, I always play gacha when there's a Len banner or anything, I don't really use it much unless I know Len's gonna be on it 💀

@moca I really wish I was kidding, idk how, but whenever I'd visit his house his room would always been in a horrible condition that it could kill a victorian child, so that probably explains it

Prometheus was punished by the gods for giving the gift of knowledge to man. He was cast into the bowels of the earth and pecked by birds.
Personally I really enjoy genuinely however I DO NOT like how long most quests are! They take forever to get through and can be overwhelming when they all pile up
Replying to @moca (post is on page 2): “@skuromii honestly i wouldnt put it past u my friends and i got groomed on there so 😭 although im pretty sure the game isnt popular solely bc of the kids...”

@moca yikes im so sorry that happened but it also unfortunately proves my point the game is js creepy... and the company is known for all that weird pedo stuff plus all the fetish stuff within they're games too:( tbh even tho there r lots of creeps playing that game im gonna say a good chunk play it bc they find it fun or can't afford Zelda. Not bc they like the children within said game😭

I used to LOVE genshin… I’ll be honest the fandom REALLY messed me up tho. I think the game has a lot of missed potential

I love it honestly but I can only kinda understand the problem ppl have with the gacha system, and i say kinda cuz most of the arguements people have about it are effing stupid ngl

the main arguement I see is that the gacha is a gambling ploy ment to get you addicted and spend all your money bc its so unfair and xyz but like THATS THE POINT OF ANY GACHA I FEAR GACHA GAMES ARE ALL A FORM OF GAMBLING YOUR SPINNING A WHEEL TOSSIN A COIN THROWING THE DICE ITS ALWAYS A GAMBLE??? and honestly if your gonna get addicted so easily then pls for ur sake never step within a 5mile radius of Vegas😭 but if we're being reasonable then yes there are problems with the gacha system mainly that it is infact unfair based off a statistics perspective the likely hood of getting a 5* without draining your pockets is dummy low and from the ever growing cast of 4*s its impossible to get any that arent on banner to c6 and the system for it all could be much better as seen in other hoyo games with a better gacha (although all hoyo games have problems but thats a diff convo)

however Im lowk biased becuase I understand the probablity of such things a bit better and Ive always loved genshin from when I first started playing and truly im of the belief that if you have a problem with a game just quite and dont make a big deal of it , no one was holding you at gun point to play it anyways so who gives a damn if you dont play it or drop it

also while i do understand the grind for a limited 5* that you want i think its not rlly as big as a deal as some ppl make it when you lose I mean ye that sucks but its deadass js a game and no this isnt a spoiled p2w perspective Im completely f2p dont even have the battle pass hell the other day I lost my 50/50 at 80 or so pull and ykw I did? move tf on with my life because its just a game and if I dont like it then dont play

but thats js my opinion so who gives a shi😋😋

but hey who gives a shit?

Genshin Impact mainly suffers from one thing: It's a product to make money first and foremost. It's not there to leave a mark on the player as a satisfying story. It is a glorified slot machine, as all gacha games are. It's inoffensive at it's best and laughable at worst.

I played it when it first started, tried again last year and earlier this year. I really enjoyed it but I've switched to Wuthering Waves (WuWa) because it's just overall better, besides the fact that it takes up even more space than Genshin.

WuWa's storyline is also really good; it's kind of similar to Genshin's from what I can tell so far. I really like it more than Genshin, it also feels more cohesive and is more put together than Genshin to me. In my personal opinion, the characters are also prettier.

In Genshin the personalities feel so bland to me, but with WuWa they actually have personalities and are actually good characters as opposed to blank sheets. The main villain is also really strange, he's great. Possibly one of my favorite characters out of the whole game.

I could talk about WuWa for hours, genuinely one of my favorite games.
