I seriously need to stop bending in my seat to pick things up bc istg I keep almost pulling my legs out of their sockets yeowch🤕🤕 my hips hurt for awhile whenever I do things like that and I'm at that age where I'm not as springy as once was. at the very least dial it back because sitting with my legs super twisted is the only way to sit comfortably. » Continue Reading
