Okay it kind of sounds like an exaggeration because when someone says “I cut my hair!!” It sounds like someone cut their hair to like a pixie cut or a bob, but I freshened up my layers! It’s really important for me to have layers personally because I have curly hair and I prioritize volume over definition, so the shorter at the top the better.
