@♠︎John K Callender♠︎ yes!! goodwill never has music from the 2000s-2010s though, because alot of those are kinda rare i guess but i’ll definitely try more
Well a lot of times it's just the luck of the draw. I have a fairly large selection of music I listen to that usually I'm bound to run into something worth bringing home to add to our collection. At present my wife and I have around 2000 albums, over 4000 cassettes and between 16-1800 CD's and started collecting again in 2014 from scratch after about a 35 year hiatus. @malevolentxmachinez

I loveee collecting physical music!! I mostly collect cds and i buy them of vinted cus its cheap and you get really cool deals. Not long ago I started collecting vinyl and im obsessed but unfortunately im broke -.-
My grandma recently gave me a stereo radio 3cd changer cassette basically all in one stero system with a record player on the top, and I love itt
i have a few vinyls! two are from last christmas and one of them i got back in june. my friend gave me a buch of cds and a cd burner recently because they're incredibly chill. problem is i don't have a cd player yet lmao
i wish there were more record stores near me. there's one near me with a lot of older vinyls. i almost got an abbey road vinyl from there but i did not have the money tragically

ok so im a big big fan of vinylz & cassette tapez, cassette tapez r hrder 2 find but sum artists i listen 2 hve strted 2 make them ^^ any vinylz i have r bought @ a local independent record store in my area or if i dont hve teh moneyz i jst steal from HMV (big chain overpriced record store company BLEGGHHHH CAPITALIZM) :D

Does anyone collect tapes/cassetts? I heard they are the newest merch stuff, because artists can't make them so easily like CDs... but I for myself only have a CD Collection, because I have no cassette device...
My CD player just came in, so I'll be starting to slowly pull my brother's (and I think my dad's) old CD collection out of the box - there's quite a lot of stuff I've not seen or heard in ages! Though while I'm yet to get a shelf or rack to display them in, I'll stick to my own new purchases... xD
There's local online stores that have a pretty decent collection - far from perfect, but better than I expected myself. Opened up my personal CD purchases list with a Meteora 20th Anniversary Edition, loving it so far.
I would like to get some vinyls as well, but at the moment I live in a pretty small apartment, and I just don't have the space for them - compact discs for a compact living arrangement!
i LOVE cds!!!! my cd player is on 24/7 and NEVERRR gets a break </333 i buy mine from places like small online record labels that collab with smaller local bands, goodwill (since ive found some cheap GEMS there), burning them myself, or local music stores!!! (im az located and i LOVE going to zia records for cds, they have an INSANELY vast collection of new or used cds for a pretty good price!! :33)

@xmegmalevolentx DWWWW u just gotta sit and SCOUR those cds for a good half an hour </333 i like dedicating time to just going thru them all and finding the ones that look most interesting, then i give them a listen on spotify and see if i wanna buy them :PPP I PROMISE U THE GEMS ARE THERE, THEYRE JUST SUPER HIDDEN!!!!! :DDDD
I own a bunch of CDs, I mainly buy them online, but a few I got in person, either at conventions or stores like FYE, hell a few I bought from Walmart. Mainly buy CDs online either on Discogs, eBay, or directly from the band's website
Most of my music collection is still digital, but I buy albums physically if I REALLY REALLY like them and know I'll listen to them repeatedly, I don't just buy them to have them
