Just went to an awesome thrift store in Durham called Scrap Thrift - if you're ever in the area, check it out, highly recommended 😍This frog sweatshirt was the most interesting find:If it's hard to see - you zip the hood horizontally, and it completely covers your head. What could be the purpose of not being able to see?? If you know, please comment.I unfortunately am not any fun and did not purchase it 😄 » Continue Reading
Just before starting my weekly Spravato session, I briefly went on Facebook (I have a profile but never go on it unless someone messaged me, Facebook Marketplace or interacting with a group or event). The evil algorithm showed me a video from Subway Takes, where a person was talking about a challenge that I've had for a long time as if it was easy to fix (I will leave what the challenge is out of this post, as I'm choosing not to make any efforts to keep my identity a secret on here, but this pi... » Continue Reading
I gave four massages last week and have a few scheduled for this week wooooooContinuing to work on lowering my hedonic baseline - have made good progress on some new songs, listened to a few Roches and Vulfmon albums, and have watched the first three episodes of the Star Trek TOS :)Hanging out with a college friend who's in town from LA today! And afterwards, I'm going to a Buddhism service <3 » Continue Reading
From this Indivisible newsletter email:"Pro-democracy forces beat the fascists in Hungary. Viktor Orbán, newly defeated Prime Minister of Hungary, is not just any authoritarian leader. He is the inspiration for today’s Trumpism. Kevin Roberts, a lead architect of Project 2025, said “Modern Hungary is not just a model for conservative statecraft, but the model.” Vance once said, “I think Orbán made smart decisions that we could learn from in the US.” Trump himself called Orbán “a very great lead... » Continue Reading
Something I've been noticing in my life recently is that I don't have much motivation to work on projects or creative outlets. I want to do them, but I rarely have the energy to even pick them up. Last time I was able to open up Ableton Live and work on one of my songs, I quickly grew antsy and bored. What I have been doing for many hours a day is playing video games - Hades, especially. Ever since I was a kid, I've gravitated towards video games for various reasons - as a coping mechanism in har... » Continue Reading

» Continue Reading

Look up.Good. Let's keep that going.Nono, don't look back at your screen. You're not done yet.Actually, you should finish the guide before you start. Next time you look up, try not to look back down. Just keep looking up. You see the ceiling there? If not, you may be outdoors. You need to be inside for this. If you do see the ceiling, that's good. You're doing really well so far. Now, stop everything else. This is the hard part.Once you're looking at the ceiling you need to clear your mind. Let yo... » Continue Reading
