Cant keep track

OCD
I think i have OCD. Every day my brain won’t stop thinking and working out things and processing information.countingI count to four in my head every time I step or do a task. For example, picking up items I do four at a time or if there are only three things i’ll tap one to count it as four.perfectionismI have perfectionist tendencies. Skate boarding!
