I personally love CDs because I can just store them in my CD case and then I can display the jewel case on my shelf or wall for decoration! But I also really like tapes because they are smaller and easier to use imo. They also work way easier because they can't get scratched unlike CDs but you still have to rewind them which is less convenient but I still think they're better. As far as records go, I personally don't like them because they are way too big and require more work to actually play it. I only use the records I have to hang up on my wall or just to collect. What do you guys think?

I love all of them but i personally prefer records, the sound quality is just so nice

CDs for their sound quality and ease of ripping, honorable mention to vinyl for being big and nice to look at.

Also like SACDs (super audio CDs), even if I play them on a DVD player I got off ebay that probably doesn't play them at their full potential.

I was wondering if people still bought CDs lol. I was gonna make a couple CD versions of my latest music for $1 any thoughts?

Vinyl cause it usually has the best sound quality to me :D

I really love CDs and collect them the most tbh, but I grew up with half cds/half cassettes in my collection :] I stay away from vinyls bc theyre rlly expensive and I could just burn the music on a blank if it wasnt available any other kind of way. I have a cassette player radio player tho but I dont use it nearly as often so,,
cds and dvds allll the way :D

CDs but that's mainly because I don't have a cassette or vinyl player and I prefer to buy albums I can actually listen to

I prefer CDs because they're like... the perfect thing. They're square, can fit a whole booklet in there for lyrics or posters, has the tracklist on the back.. I mean what more could you want haha?

"They say that all dreams can come true... They forgot to mention nightmares are dreams too...."

I actually collect all 3 formats. I began collecting again back in 2014 after about a 35 year hiatus. My wife and I have around 2000 albums, over 4000 cassettes and between 16-1800 CD's in our music collection and yes my wife has been a big part in amassing this collection as well.

A partial of our collection of albums.
Partial collection of our albums

CD all the way, tapes and records are cool too but theyre either really expensive or too niche to have any releases i would want

always n forever CDs, just bc i cn thrift them for 1 pound from where i live and ive found rlly good shi that would usually be much more. but vinyl is always good 2
