Today I went bird watching at a nature reserve with some new friends. It's so cool to find friends around my age interested in just walking around, looking for birds and being in nature. I did feel very shy/anxious at times when everyone else was talking about things I'm not interested in and just having to sit and listen. Recently I've been thinking a lot about my life and just what I'm trying to get out of it. I've changed a lot about myself and my life in the past year. New gf, new job, new place. I'm going to be moving by Christmas though which will be another change. I like the change because its all been positive, and moving me in the right direction, but I'm still scared.
