i need help im having a stroke with this stuff

Man, i've been trying to become more "productive" these days. And if not, then just fixing my attention span was enough. cause ngl, my brain has been pretty fried lately 💔So yeah, i abandoned my doomscrolling apps (for the most part) and tried to do stuff where i actually need to make effort to get some dopamine. Being into neofolk as someone who’s transgender, a leftist, and Native American
So, neofolk is one of my favorite music genres. This includes artists such as Death In June, Current 93, Fire + Ice, Backworld, Nature and Organisation, and many others.
