I should have stopped using a smartwatch long ago
I recently decided to switch back to the old Casio watch and see if my daily life improves.It did.I no longer have a gadget that constantly sends me notifications. I tried to keep it at a minimum, but for the health app it was a "all or nothing" situation so I didn't want to disable those.
