I'm reading this book by a paramedic called Don't Lose Yourself - A First Responder's Mental Health Playbook. It's really good so far, it's pretty short. But my time as an EMT really wrecked my mental health and I don't want a repeat of that in paramedic school or as a paramedic one day.
